August 19 - patching and sealcoating mid Aspen Drive (from Fir Drive to Oak Drive)

The following  projects have been completed

May 21-24 – street sweeping COMPLETED

June 3 - 7 – street sign replacement project COMPLETED

Mid June - replace fencing at playground and basketball court; remove graffiti from ball wall; fill cracks and remove weeds COMPLETED

Mid June  – Wildfire Mitigation work on district open space/greenbelt COMPLETED

Mid June  – Road patching/ crack filling/ sealcoat on upper Aspen Drive and potholes filled  COMPLETED

June 24-25 – major pothole filling - COMPLETED

June 26 – Playground maintenance – adding Playsoft mulch and rake; tighten parts COMPLETED

July – Sewer line inspection and cleaning - COMPLETED

July 22-26 - Major road project (mill and overlay) on Michael Way - COMPLETED

July 30 - Crack-filling and patching throughout subdivision - COMPLETED
