Durango West  Metro District No.  2 current monthly metro fees are $170.

Fee breakdown:

$48 for General which includes road maintenance, snow plowing, fire mitigation on greenbelt, maintenance of district property

$28  for Wastewater Treatment which includes maintenance and improvements to the wastewater treatment plant

$8 for Sewer which provides for cleaning and inspection of main sewer lines/ wastewater collection system

$86  for Water which includes the first 6,000 gallons a month; see below for charges above 6,000 gallons

Current Water Rates:

0-6,000 gallons included metro monthly fee

6,001 – 8,000 gallons: $7 per thousand gallons

8,001 – 10,000 gallons: $10 per thousand gallons

10,001 – 15,000 gallons: $15 per thousand gallons

15,001 – 30,000 gallons: $25 per thousand gallons 30,000+ gallons:  $50 per thousand gallons
